Returns and refunds

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email hello@getmarova.com with your order details and a photo of the problem. We will replace the item or refund it to your original payment method. You do not pay for that.

Parcels that do not arrive

If tracking stops or your parcel has not arrived well after the carrier estimate, email us and we will chase it, then resend or refund if it is lost.

Changed your mind

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we will send you return instructions. You pay the postage to send a change-of-mind return back.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we refund the item to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

How returns are arranged

Every return is arranged by email. We do not publish a return address: please do not post anything back until we have sent you instructions, or it may not reach us.

Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
